HOW TO RETURN YOUR VADO PRODUCTS

Returning your VADO products has never been easier using our new online returns portal.

If you’re a VADO stockist, please follow the steps below. If you bought your products through your local VADO retailer, please contact them directly to process your return. Alternatively, contact our Customer Care team for further assistance. 


Here's how to get started

All you need to do is follow the 'return a parcel' link to our returns portal within 90 days of delivery and start your returns process by filling out your personal and product information.

You can then select whether you’d prefer to drop off your product or have us collect it. You’ll receive an email with your label to print, along with instructions on what to do next. Don’t forget to put your label on all packages if you’re returning multiple products!

From the moment you submit your return, to when it arrives back at VADO, have peace of mind with email updates on your return progress.

VADO RETURNS POLICY

 

We hope that you are satisfied with your VADO purchase, in the event that you would like to return your product(s), please click here to start your return within 90 days of delivery. For more information on our returns process, visit our 'How To Return' above.


  • When creating your return online, your order number and delivery postcode will be required.
  • Please repack your item with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative with any appropriate documents included in/on the packaging.
  • Please ensure your product is unused and in a resaleable condition. 
  • A £15 return charge will be deducted from the final credit unless you have received a faulty, damaged, or wrongly dispatched item.
  • You will receive emails updating you on the progress of your return, once delivered back to VADO you will receive a credit within 7 working days.
  • Please note that discontinued products cannot be returned.
