Quality & Technical Technician

Location: Cheddar

Closing Date: 26/04/2019

Description: The responsibility of this role is to work effectively within the Quality and Technical department - inspecting and quality testing products from an end user perspective and verifying they meet the stringent quality standards expected by all VADO customers. This person will be instigating investigations into reported product failures, as well as post-testing compiling and reporting of findings.

This person must be a proactive individual with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency, ready to work comfortably within an established team. They need to be able to investigate, evaluate and question varying scenarios, as well as being a clear and confident communicator dealing with people at all levels. Confidence in using all Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills are essential, with previous plumbing experience advantageous. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Retail Sales Office Coordinator

Location: Cheddar

Closing Date: 26/04/2019

Description: We seek a proactive and confident person with the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent communication skills, polite telephone manner, great attention to detail and a sense of urgency; admin and IT skills are essential, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative in a busy environment. Full training will be given.

Main duties include processing and co-ordinating orders, answering the phone, problem-solving, general administration and support for the external sales team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
