About Us

We believe in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. Our products are beautifully designed for those looking to make a statement with their bathroom and expertly engineered to keep up with the demands of modern day living.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our vibrant marketing team to bring visual concepts to life across digital and print platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and communicating our message with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print, including social media graphics, web assets, brochures, packaging, POS and advertising materials.

  • Collaborate with your marketing colleagues to develop cohesive brand messaging.

  • Translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity.

  • Maintain and evolve the visual style of our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Prepare artwork for production, including file formatting and liaising with printers or manufacturers where necessary.

  • Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, applying fresh ideas to keep our brand visually engaging.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and responding flexibly to feedback.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

  • Experience in branding and visual identity development.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working autonomously, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural drive to deliver without needing close supervision.

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a bonus, but not essential.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Opportunities for creative freedom and professional growth.

  • Flexible hybrid working (once induction and settling in phase complete)

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Discounted gym membership

  • EAP service

  • Pension scheme

  • Charity volunteer days

  • Additional holiday for your birthday
